As the Kendall School Alumni Association (KSAA) Reunion committee for the 150th Anniversary Reunion approaches, we often glance through Kendall School pictures. Doing this has inspired us more to look forward with our enthusiasm to our get-together with new and old friends. As we reminisce over the last 50 or more years, we have recalled many unforgettable events that happened at Kendall School during the years of 1930's through nowadays. Since we attended or graduated from our ala mater school, There had been a lot of changes made throughout the years since we left and many of you may not have recognized Kendall Green now.

Our memories at school, I am sure, many walks across the green between the Fac Row, now called Olmsted Green, and many old buildings before the new ones were built. Sometimes Kendall School for the Deaf had changed its name to Kendall Demonstration Elementary School from pre-school to 8th grade and they have built a new high school called Model Secondary School for the Deaf from 9th to 12th grade. There may be many of us from way back to when we started school there in 1930's or 1940's or later to these days. Many of us were present during big events like 75th, 100th, and the latest 125th Anniversary. Now the biggest event, yet to come, is our 150th Anniversary Reunion, which results in increased awareness about our ala mater school.

As alumni, we are part of a big Kendall Green family. This kind of bond is cherished and specially for us to share our old memories from way back in the old days to current days so let us, one and all, come and share together with some souvenirs like shirts, memorial book, and more. Indeed, now is the excellent time to reacquaint ourselves with new and old friends and to recall the past, “the good old days.” Come and help celebrate and rekindle memories of precious time spent together!
