What's on the 150th Anniversary Reunion Agenda?

Key activities during the reunion included with combo tickets are as follows: Thursday Pre-Celebration Reception, Friday Picnic, Friday Academic Bowl, Saturday Breakfast Buffet, Saturday Banquet, Exhibits, Workshops, and Forums.
 
Registration Price ~ There are two types of tickets that you can purchase. Orders must be postmarked on or before the dates specified below:
 
1.  Combo Ticket:
  • $150  Double Early Bird Combo  (Ends September 30, 2006)

  • $165  Early Bird Combo  (Ends January 31, 2007)

  • $180  Regular Combo  (Ends April 30, 2007)

  • $195  At Door  (Ends June 14, 2007)

2.   Non-Combo Ticket: (one-time fee required) ~ For those interested in attending the Reunion for one day, Non-Combo registrants must pay a "one-time" basic registration fee in addition to the cost of any individual events they wish to attend. Orders must be postmarked on or before May 25, 2007.

  • $25  Registration Fee including Exhibits/Workshops/Forums (basic fee required)

  • $25  Pre-Celebration Reception (Thursday evening, June 14, 2007)

  • $25  Friday Picnic (Friday afternoon, June 15, 2007)

  • $20  Academic Bowl (Friday evening, June 15, 2007)

  • $25  Breakfast Buffet (Saturday morning, June 16, 2007)

  • $70  Banquet (Saturday evening, June 16, 2007)

Dining Options ~ The three dining options on the Kendall Green campus are
available. 

In addition to these dining options, there are many places to eat outside of Kendall Green. Please check the Union Station web site, http://www.unionstationdc.com to find several highly recommended restaurants at Union Station, not far from Kendall Green. You will also find many vendors in the lower level food court.

Transportation Information:

The Gallaudet Shuttle bus, http://af.gallaudet.edu/transportation/shuttle.asp, will be scheduled to run back and forth between the Kellogg Conference Hotel and Union Station. Kendall School alumni, family members of alumni, and friends are invited to use the shuttle service. A shuttle pass will be provided free for individuals who have Combo and Non-Combo tickets. These individuals must present a shuttle pass when boarding the shuttle bus.

Payments ~ Please complete and mail your registration form along with full payment via check or money order (payable to Kendall School Alumni Association) to:

Personal checks will not be accepted after April 30, 2007. Only money orders and cashier’s checks will be accepted at that time. Late checks will be returned if received past deadline and registration will not be processed.

·        Returned (bounced) checks ~ Service fee for each returned check is $30.00 and registration will not be processed.. When a replacement cashier’s check or money order is received, registration will be processed.

·        Lost Badges ~ Processing fee for replacing lost badges is $30.00. Fee is not refundable if found.

·        Address Change Notice ~ Please send your address change notice to Registration Chairperson, Jeanne Lambert immediately at jeagemini@aol.com or VP 301.216.0889.

·        Special Needs ~ Special needs requests are limited to authorized event activities only. They will be accepted until April 30, 2007. Registrants are responsible for arranging special needs outside of authorized event activities at their own expense.

·        Hotel Reservation ~ See page eight (8) for a hotel reservation form. Registrants are responsible for making hotel reservations. For more information, please visit the Kellogg Conference Hotel web site, www.kelloggconferencehotel.com.

The Kellogg Conference Hotel at Gallaudet University has NEWLY renovated guestrooms. Each room offers a coffee maker with complimentary coffee, iron and ironing boards, TTY (Tele Type Writer), two phones, Sorenson VP-100 Videophone, a 27” TV and a hair dryer. The marble top desk and ergonomically correct chair provide an ample workspace area with FREE high-speed Internet access. The rate for all sleeping accommodations: single, double, triple and quad is $119.00. Please note these rates are subject to the following taxes, currently: 14.5% on guest rooms. Please be aware that Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm on the day of your departure.
